Like many other retail businesses today, The Cabin Depot™ will be required to make some changes as we adapt to the evolving COVID-19 situation.

Our primary concern continues to be ensuring the health and safety of our customers and employees. As such, we have updated our response plan and will be implementing some operational changes effective immediately:

E-Commerce websites:
Our e-commerce websites & order fulfillments remain unaffected. This applies to our American customers using and Canadian customers using

While we have been assured by our shipping partners that delays are not anticipated, customers should be prepared for some service interruptions due to supply chain & logistical restrictions.

Retail Store Operations:
The Cabin Depot™ classification as a hardware store permits continued operation to allow customers and contractors continued access to energy, propane, refrigeration, lighting, and other emergency preparedness products. We will however be changing our operating plan in lieu of these recent developments.

Our reduced hours of operation will remain in effect until further notice (all times noted are Eastern):

  • Monday      9:00am - 4:00pm
  • Tuesday      9:00am - 4:00pm
  • Wednesday 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Thursday    9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Friday         9:00am - 4:00pm
  • Saturday     9:00am - 4:00pm
  • Sunday       CLOSED

All sales requiring loading assistance for heavy or palletized items will be done by appointment only and restricted to between the hours of 11am to 3pm daily. 

The number of customers permitted inside common retail spaces will be limited to a maximum of 10 at one time and are asked to respect the 2-meter (6 feet) distance between other customers and staff.

Our staff have increased the frequency of cleaning & sterilization of high-traffic areas including wiping down commonly used surfaces such as door handles, washrooms, and inventory. Point of sale devices will be wiped down & sterlized after each use. We’ve also posted signage about hand-washing and taken the additional preventative actions to further reduce the chance of spread.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit, PayPal (invoiced) or e-transfer as payment methods. Cash payments are discouraged to help reduce the risk of transmission. Most items we offer are available for purchase online, so to limit human interaction it is strongly suggested to make your purchase online or over the phone by calling 1-844-603-4743 where orders can be picked & prepared in advance for pickup as needed.

Our employees have been instructed to follow best practices relating to hygiene & self-quarantine if necessary as we continue to follow the direction of Health Care Professionals including Local & Federal Authorities.
